The UK’s leading high-energy rock show is heading to Middlesbrough Town Hall on Thurs 7 October and is set to blow your socks off!

Featuring two of the best tribute acts around, Livewire AC/DC and Limehouse Lizzy, these incredibly talented groups will have you feeling like they’re the genuine article.

With the recent resurgence of popularity for 70s and 80s rock in the last few year’s, legendary bands such as AC/DC and Thin Lizzy have come to be appreciated by a whole new generation who are ready to rock!

AC/DC’s mammoth power chord roar became one of the most influential hard rock sounds of the 70’s and Livewire capture it perfectly covering both the Bon Scott and Brian Johnson eras of the band with two very individual singers in the same explosive performance.

They bring the full size ‘DC show to the fans – complete with the cannons, the walkways, the backdrops and the drapes. With a rock hard rhythm section and Lorne cutting the rug as Angus Young, it’s easy to see why Livewire are considered to be the ultimate tribute to AC/DC.

Thin Lizzy shot to prominence in the mid 70s with their huge hit The Boys Are Back in Town, and have been legendary ever since, now Limehouse Lizzy bring their greatest hits to the stage in the ultimate tribute.

Renowned for an action-packed pyrotechnic-fuelled explosion of a show, Limehouse Lizzy continue to keep the spirit of Celtic rock icon Philip Lynott and his band Thin Lizzy alive, well and dominating stages worldwide.

Attention to detail, charismatic audience interaction and that all important X-factor feeling of seeing-the-real-thing, have led to their performance being described as “beyond tribute”, by both audience and critics alike.
