“A dense but wonderfully tuneful dream pop racket” The Guardian

“If a mad Scottish scientist spliced DNA from MGMT, Flaming Lips and Arcade Fire we might have a work of genius that sounded as blissfully good as this” Daily Record

“Like Mercury Rev jamming with Panda Bear (and presumably laughing hysterically and twitching lots)” The Skinny

With support from The Winter Hill Transmission & The Lake Poets

Mitchell Museum play the Head of Steam on Friday 29th October. It’s been a great year for the Glaswegian quartet, having been handpicked by Steve Lamacq, Huw Stephens and Marc Riley as BBC live session favourites, tipped for greatness by Q and the NME, whilst fitting in an appearance at T in the Park and releasing their debut album ‘The Peter’s Port Memorial Service’.

The band now bring their infectious dream pop to the Head of Steam as part of their first headline UK tour.
