If Film is your thing, and it certainly is in our house, you may be interested in this. The 23^rd Leeds International Film Festival. Running from the 4^th to the 22^nd of November. Apparently the largest regional film festival in the UK. Showcasing over 300 unseen and outstanding films. The Festival aims to challenge your stereotypical cinematic experience by screening in a number of alternative venues around the city. In addition to traditional cinemas, such as the Hyde Park Picture House they’re planning on using venues such as Leeds Art Gallery, The Adelphi, The Town Hall, The Holy Trinity Church, Otley Court House and the Hi-Fi club. The events programme is available from the 9^th of October.
