Cottage Industries 1st Annual All Day Music Festival:
Newcastle based record label Cottage Industries are hosting their first annual all day music event at The Cluny in Newcastle on Saturday November 5th.
Starting at 3pm the event will see live performances from Sunderland based troubadours The Lake Poets and Newcastle favourites Brilliant Mind. Headlining the all dayer are Edinburgh band The Zephrys who are on Mogwai’s Rock Action label and have released five albums to critical acclaim. Also appearing on the bill are the label’s very own The Union Choir and Tiny Light Recording’s Fantasy Rainbow as well as live sets from psych pop maestros Baskins Wish, the post-everything stylings of Johnny Phonic and the ‘melancholy splendour’ of Our Imaginary Friends
The lineup is completed by post-punk newcomers Cinematic Submarine and a DJ Set from The Symphonic Pictures.
3pm till Late.
All this for just £5 advance ticket or £6 on the day.
